HMO Application Service

Not yet licensed, or struggling to renew? Let us take care of it. Our popular HMO Application service begins with a site visit, and detailed report, on your property’s HMO suitability. From there we manage the application submission, site notices, council and fire service visits, and follow-ups. We’ll even represent you at the housing and property chamber, if required. One fixed fee takes care of everything.

Non-Management clients pay £595+VAT for New Applications, and £495+VAT for subsequent renewals. We’re so trusted, that we provide this service to a number of other letting agencies, too!

Our Management clients get the best deal. In addition to award-winning, industry-leading property management, receive a discount on our HMO Application Service. Just £495+VAT for New Applications, and £295+VAT for subsequent renewals.
